I enjoyed being in Arkansas the past 5 days. I led 3 workshops at the #AAIM Conference and concluded the trip facilitating a day full of workshops at the Academy for Teaching Excellence at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The highlight was meeting so many wonderful fellow teachers.

Monday’s storm took down some of the campus trees that have been here since before the university.

Our youngest gave me this cool birthday present earlier this week. It was a very thoughtful gift as he knows I enjoy my iPhone and love the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

We are celebrating our anniversary at Bosco’s. I’m telling myself this cake is healthy because it is a fruit. :)

I’ve been around Pokemon for more than 10 years as an elementary teacher and a parent. I still don’t know how to play. Our youngest seems to be defeating me overwhelmingly, but I have no way of knowing if I’m being scammed. :)
